“ Had a great evening meeting our son from Brooklyn, here, who was out on a brief business trip. Wonderful food; wonderful service. Our seating was in an area that was a bit noisy, so we asked to be seated in an area that was a bit quieter, and it was absolutely no problem. The Cubano sandwich that I ordered was one of the best I’ve had! ”
“ Needed a quick bit and got in pretty quickly even though it was very busy. We had a pizza, salad, burgers, and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were really good and you can tell reshly made. Service was a bit slow but they gave us a free dessert. ”
“ It is a great place to escape the shopping rush. On a busy day, you can get a wait list, and they will keep you updated as to when your table will be ready. The staff is friendly and inviting. We chose the Classic Cheeseburger (less the cheese) and my personal fave the Cubano. Both come with a very good portion of Tavern French Fries. Have to note the Macrina Bakery roll used for the cubano is so delightfully soft it really brings out the flavors of the pork, ham, the absorbs the mustard. We had good table service, and prices are certainly fair for tasty pub food, especially in a downtown eatery. ”
“ Sat at the bar, only there for beer and an appetizer, but was a nice place to watch a football game. Service was fine, felt like they were pretty busy and wasn't immediately greeted, but not the bartenders fault. Fried pickles were good, other food being ordered looked good as well. ”
“ What more can you ask for from a restaurant experience? Visited while in town for work. My server, Ian C, was friendly and attentive. The food was great and came out quickly, and the place has a good vibe. Because I was there for the first time, I was surprised with the s'mores dessert, on the house. Keep up the good work! ”
“ Great spot for a casual hangout. They don't play loud music so also good to have actual conversations here. They have great deals on happy hour and the food is great. The pretzel could have been less saltier but was warm and freshly baked. Wings were solid & so was the pizza. Thin crust too which is a little harder to find. All in all would love to come here again. Edit: Ended up here again a few weeks later and tried the Nashville hot chicken sando. While I can't say it was a legitimate Nashville hot, the sandwich was pretty crisp and not greasy unlike many other ones. Definitely gonna have it again! ”
“ Great service, the on tap Moscow Mule is very refreshing and delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. It's rare a chef can deep fry a crispy chicken breast and fries without over doing it. Whoever is running the fryer is killing it. ”
“ We went it looking at the poster of a spicy chicken sandwich on the outside and absolutely loved every dish we ordered! Spinach artichoke dip, tomato soup with toast, and spicy chicken sandwich with sweet jam with sweet potatoes was amazing. When we told the server that it was out first time, he gave us a s'mores mouse desert on the house which was so generous of them! Would surely come back again, for one of the best chicken sandwiches ”
